    Responsibilities

    • Support the Head of Compensation and Benefits to prepare and review materials for respective year-end and budget processes
    • Lead a monthly compensation process that includes a budget forecast, data reconciliation and bonus estimates
    • Act as an consultant to the HR community on Compensation and market survey results
    • Partner with FP&A on the payroll budget process
    • Technically proficient to manipulate large quantities of data in conjunction with the ability to understand and interpret that data
    • Administer the 401k and retirement programs; support the Head of Compensation and Benefits through the annual audit and 5500 filing
    • Maintain and support relationships between internal service functions, including Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Recruiting and Operations
    • Work to improve data quality/usability

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in Compensation (at a similarly sized organization a plus)
    • Strong Excel and Formula skillset – vlookups, etc.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to take a consultative approach
    • Proactive in understanding what internal HR clients and businesses need.
    • Experience with 401k administration
    • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Judgement, maturity and the ability to work with highly confidential information
    • Team player
