The HR team helps the company provide comprehensive benefits, learning opportunities, and an inclusive workplace across all parts of the company. The HR department continually strives to align our people strategy with our business strategy across the organization.



    • Research, design and develop learning resources for Leadership content
    • Project support help on migration from Halogen to new Perf Management system
    • Talent/Succession planning support with executive leadership




    Intern should be an undergraduate/graduate student with the following skills:


    • Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of Science
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good presentation/content design skills with an interest to further develop in this area
    • Flexible
    • Strong interest in one or more of the following, employee engagement, employee development, learning design, performance management

    During the internship, students must be authorized to work full time and without restriction in the United States.
