    Related is seeking a Brand Content Associate who will be primarily responsible for managing and delivering Related’s corporate content across all  corporate digital and social media channels for both B2B and B2C marketing efforts. This individual will play a role in leading the company’s content efforts, harnessing the creative power of content integration to effectively and efficiently build the brand equity of our corporation and business units.

    S/He will also assist with the creation of branded content and will support the Director of Brand Content, who is dedicated to the creation, production, execution and management of all content that will be available at the new Related.com and other corporate digital channels and brand printed collateral. The Content Associate will play a key role in executing on the brand storytelling and strategy across all corporate digital platforms. 

    This role will work with the business units and collaborate across the company’s marketing, customer experience and digital strategy teams. Related has recently completed a comprehensive, collaborative corporate brand and voice exercise and this role would align and view all creative assets through this lens and positioning.

    Responsibilities for the Content Associate include but are not limited to the following:

    • Execute digital strategy by delivering content using digital tools and social media channels.
    • Manage editorial and content calendar for corporate content delivered through all channels
    • Develop standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies.
    • Work within the work flow set up in Drupal/Acquia for creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content; work with the technical team to implement revisions to the work flow and set up new work flows and governance measures.
    • Conduct periodic competitive content audits.
    • Participate in the maintenance of our digital asset management system as it relates to content inventory.
    • Work across all business units and coordinate with regional marketing teams.
    • Establish excellent communication and collaboration with all business units in order to understand and leverage upcoming events and content opportunities.
    • Work closely with the company's marketing, corporate affairs, customer experience and HR leadership to ensure a consistent message across channels, inside and outside of the company.
    • Edit, proofread, approve and schedule content.
    • Constantly evaluate posting and pushing cadence – identify best pace based on performance and testing.
    • Stay up to date with trends, best practices, and platform updates.
    • Produce weekly and monthly analytics reporting related to content, using tools available in the various content channels.


    • 3-5 years’ experience in content management
    • Experience with producing compelling creative and content across multiple digital platforms
    • Significant previous experience with CMS (content management) systems; Drupal/Acquia content experience preferred
    • Previous experience editing, proofreading and approving content
