The CRM/Salesforce Vice President role is responsible for guiding the Salesforce CRM platform Related Companies and Hudson Yards technically, strategically, and operationally, by bringing strong CRM leadership to the enterprise. The CRM/Salesforce leader will set and execute on a strategic vision and roadmap for the organization by collaborating with partners and executive leadership. The role will act as a strategic thought partner and liaison between internal teams including but not limited to Hudson Yards, Residential, Condos, Marketing, and Operations. You will have enabled multiple business processes on the Salesforce platform and delivered working solutions, successfully served the various business leaders’ needs through effective dashboards and reports delivery. This role is both strategic and critical to Hudson Yard’s business needs.
You will perform day-to-day activities that include managing enhancements of business processes and driving operational efficiencies across the organization. As Salesforce.com is currently our primary system of record that supports not just sales roles but also functions as a platform for several critical operational business processes, you will also serve as the domain authority for the administration of the Salesforce.com platform and direct manager of a small Salesforce team. You will be accountable for ensuring ongoing user adoption, support, training, architectural design, and custom dev activities as well as responsible for improvements, upgrades, data conversations, release updates, and reporting for multiple departments. This role will be responsible for building the CRM vision for the Related Companies and executing / rapidly growing the operational and analytical capabilities as CRM enables the cross marketing and segmentation capabilities across the Related portfolio
