This role is the primary liaison with the business and the BI/IT development team, supporting current and future deployments of the BI Platform. The BI/DW Tech Lead is expected to troubleshoot BI issues, leveraging his/her data integration, database and report development experiences. He/she will be responsible for technical support from issue through resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining SDLC/change management controls. The BI/DW Technical Lead will be also be required to do some development and/or design in support of the team as needed. The BI/DW Tech lead will also be responsible for all proactive and reactive customer communications. This is a technical coordination, customer liaison and development hands on role.
