    Responsibilities

    The Property Management Intern will be providing support to the property management operations of our luxury rental and condo portfolio.  This position will provide data collection of key metrics, field verification of core functionalities, and visual inspection follow up of site attributes.  This intern is expected to produce a series of reports and/or recommendations that will be used by management formulate training plans and operational adjustments. The Intern will work in the company’s property management division supporting Related’s luxury residential portfolio.  In addition, the intern will assist in the transmission, processing, and storage of information from management agreements, historic rent rolls, insurance contracts, historic utility expense reports and more into the yearly budget models for properties in the portfolio. Furthermore, the property management intern will be responsible for making all necessary edits to the information structure of each property budget model to uphold the precision of its results.

    Qualifications

    Our ideal candidate will be a rising junior or rising senior student with the following skills:

     

    • Degree in Business or other relevant field 
    • Proficiency in excel
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-oriented individual
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Keen Attention to Detail
    • High Energy; Possessed with Drive
    • Strong Organizational Skills
    • Excellent professional demeanor with the ability to work with a wide range of levels of management
    • A strong passion for Real Estate Development
