    The successful candidate must have strong communication skills. In this role, they will be responsible for performing multiple tasks within the AR Department. These include monthly reconciliations, managing deposits, Billing and Collections processing.  This candidate will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team.  This individual will interact with customers (inter-company) at a corporate level. 


    • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting internal customers
    • Collaborate with the accounting teams to research and resolve all account discrepancies assuring efficient weekly, monthly, quarterly closings.
    • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
    • Generate Aged Delinquency reports and liaising with the billing and collections team to ensure all payments are recorded and paid.
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels within the organization.
    • Demonstrate a proficient level of professional skill and/or knowledge in accounting and keep current with developments and trends.
    • Special projects as assigned by management


    • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
    • Proven working experience as accounts associate, accounts receivable manager or accountant
    • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
    • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
    • Strong Data entry and organizational skills
    • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (JDE or other full-scale ERP software)
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Mature professional with sound judgement and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical ability
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Customer service oriented
