    The Project Accountant will assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.


    • Ability to manage various assignments simultaneously
    • Provide quality administrative and financial services to the entity/project with a focus on the job cost and construction aspect of the project.
    • Reports to: Senior Accountant
    • Facilitate the timely and accurate data entry process for all subcontracts, subcontractor applications, change orders, general expenses
    • Proof all batches to ensure accuracy and distribute to Senior Accountant for final review and approval
    • Assist Senior in preparation of Applications for Payment Oversee Textura processing for all contracts, designers and vendors, as applicable
    • Understands eBuilder process and supports its functionality
    • Ensures detailed review of general conditions
    • Assist Senior in preparation of monthly/quarterly close


    • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience with a real estate development or construction company
    • Public accounting experience, a plus
    • Highly intelligent with excellent analytical skills
    • Strong Excel skills
