    Responsibilities

    The Graphic Designer for Hudson Yards will be responsible for developing collateral including: visual presentations (including internal and consumer facing decks across multiple categories), graphic design of art and copy layouts (such as event collateral and ads), and coordinating architectural presentation materials. This position will report to the CMO of Hudson Yards.

     

    • Develop, coordinate and manage the library of collateral, presentations, and architectural materials needed for the business unit including: marketing materials, tenant and leasing materials, research reports, and corporate brand materials;
    • Work alongside the design and marketing executives at Related to determine positioning of materials, look and feel, brand character, and distinguishing proposition for each assignment;
    • Create PowerPoint presentations and related documents targeting potential tenants and investors;
    • Customize materials for leasing and sponsorship teams
    • Coordinate with third-party architectural firms, agencies, art services, printers, marketing agencies, and rendering studios;
    • Refine brand elements over time as needed;
    • Assist in the creation and design of exhibit presentations as needed;
    • Assist in the design, production and implementation of all marketing takeaways

    Qualifications

    • 5-7 years of relevant marketing and branding experience
    • Highly creative individual with a proven track record in tailoring product and proposition to particular audiences or tenant groups
    • Technical aptitude and proficiency in all forms of desktop publishing and software including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) and MS Office Suite
    • Exceptional communications skills – written and verbal
    • Well-developed project management skills
    • Ideation-minded with demonstrated creativity and innovation
    • Architectural experience and the ability to understand, read, and present architectural plans a plus
    • Real estate, publishing, hospitality or luxury goods experience a plus
    • A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-oriented individual – Suitability to an entrepreneurial culture that places a premium on performance
    • A mature professional with excellent judgment and intuitive interpersonal skills
    • Complex thinker of high intelligence
    • Undergraduate degree required
