    Job Summary: 


    To be responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, District Manager and/or Regional Manager for the administration of the site in accordance with RMC policy and procedures and to keep the regional office fully informed of the site's status. The Assistant Manager shall work closely with and be responsive to the Training and Development Specialist, Maintenance Supervisor, site staff, as well as other central office managers and staff. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the Assistant Manager to perform all duties in full compliance with Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity regulations as well as with RMC’s Fair Housing personnel policy.

    Core Responsibilities: 


    The Assistant Manager is directly responsible for the following:


    1. Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Payable operations.

    2. Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Receivable operations.

    3. General office administration.

    4. Specific site administration.

    5. Tenant/landlord relations.

    6. Marketing/Leasing


    • Successful history of customer service results and sales experience.
    • Experience in HUD, Section-8, Tax Credit and Affordable Housing.
    • Strong Computer skills.
    • One-Site experience is a plus
