Experienced litigation paralegal sought for in-house position with global real estate developer to assist with overall management of the company’s litigation and pre-litigation disputes. 

  • Organizes electronic case files, maintains master calendar and helps with scheduling.
  • Tracks litigation budgets and spending and helps review billing by law firms and outside vendors.
  • Assists in responding to subpoenas and document requests, including by developing search terms and reviewing documents on electronic database.
  • Serves as liaison with outside counsel to ensure that counsel adheres to agreed-upon schedules and procedures and that counsel’s requests for information from company are timely handled.
  • Interacts with business personnel as directed to identify key facts, relevant witnesses and documents.
  • Drafts cover letters and other correspondence.
  • Reviews draft documents for accuracy.


  • At least seven (7) years relevant experience in litigation in state and federal court and alternate dispute resolution.
  • A degree preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, assess priorities, and take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks.
  • Flexible and collaborative work style and ability to function effectively in a demanding corporate environment.
  • Ability to perform legal research, file and search electronic dockets.
