The Property Manager would be responsible for the overall management of the site in accordance with Related Management’s policies and procedures, under the supervision of the Senior Vice President, Regional Manager and being responsive to the Operational Risk Management Team.  Additionally, it is the responsibility of the Property Manager to carry out all duties in full compliance with Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity regulations as well as with RMC’s Fair Housing personnel policy and in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity regulation and RMC’s EEO policy


Responsibilities, but not limited to the following: 

  • Personnel Administration
  • Application processing and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program compliance, or any other applicable site programs.
  • Accounts receivable/payable processing.
  • Marketing/advertising activities.
  • Tenant/landlord relations.
  • Special projects and tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager.




  • Strong supervisory skills.
  • Superb customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated service-oriented self starter.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
  • Tax Credit and Project Based Section 8 experience at least 2 years.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and have a solid understanding of property operations and budget/financial management.
