    Responsibilities

     

    The trend-setting Related Management is proud to offer an exciting and unique opportunity to a dynamic professional who enjoys and excels at communicating and interacting with residents while providing top-notch management skills for a lovely 142 unit Tax Credit residential community located in Fontana. 

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing the day to day maintenance operations
    • Extensive building and administrative staff supervision
    • Leasing and marketing
    • Resident relations
    • Budget preparation and financial reporting
    • Managing the application and recertification process.

    Qualifications

     

    • Superb customer service skills.
    • Highly motivated service-oriented self starter.
    • Superior written and oral communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
    • Strong supervisory skills.
    • Tax Credit and Project Based Section 8 experience at least 2 years.
    • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and have a solid understanding of property operations and budget/financial management.
