Responsibilities

The Operations Coordinator is responsible, under the direction of the District Manager, for the administrative support services of the site office.

 

Work Order Management

  • Responsible for entering all work orders called in by residents or maintenance staff into Yardi.
  • Dispatch all work orders to appropriate staff or vendors, and update Yardi.
  • See all work orders from inception till completion and follow up with resident ensuring satisfaction.

Office Administrative Support

  • Provides reception coverage in the office, including answering phones, and provides assistance as needed.
  • Maintains up-to-date contact information for all residents in Yardi.
  • Tracking Violations, Violation Certifications, Dismissal Requests, Updates to Sitecompli.
  • Provides administrative support, where needed.
  • Insure compliance with all building regulatory agencies and record keeping. (HUD, HPD, DHCR, NYCHA, CVR, etc.)

Resident Relations

  • Handle all resident questions and concerns professionally and expeditiously.
  • Act as Liaison between Maintenance, Vendors and Residents
  • Special Projects
  • Assist with all required reporting.

  • Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to organize and prioritize workloads.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of property management software, Yardi experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone presentation skills.
  • Ability and commitment to learn new material quickly and upgrade skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Spanish Proficiency preferred.

Salary: $43,000 DOE
