The Summer Development MBA intern will assist the project team in all phases of a ground‐up development project and underwriting of new business opportunities.

  • Support the Project Manager in all aspects of ground up development
  • Assist team in underwriting new development projects, including market research, competitive
  • analysis, zoning analysis, operating expense review, construction cost analysis and all elements
  • of pro forma financial analysis
  • Track and maintain thorough market knowledge for existing developments
  • Prepare investment memoranda and project update memoranda
  • Prepare financial models


Our ideal candidate will be a first or second year graduate student with the following skills:

  • Financial modeling experience is a requirement.
  • Minimum three (3) years of real estate or investment banking experience
  • Strong Excel modeling skills
  • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
