  • Support the RMW Affordable team with all aspects of its affordable housing development projects, including researching new opportunities, financial analysis and modeling, market research, and municipal applications and filings.
  • Assist the team in all aspects of underwriting new development projects, including market research, operating expense review, construction cost analysis, and financial modeling
  • Assist with various tasks to close on construction and permanent financing
  • Research potential leads and new opportunities
  • Build and maintain internal databases
  • Conduct site visits and assist with asset management of existing portfolio


Our ideal candidate will be a first year graduate student with the following skills:

  • BA or BS in Real Estate, Finance or Urban Planning
  • Undergraduate degree and one year of graduate school completed
  • Familiarity with Affordable Housing Programs
  • Strong quantitative, financial analysis, and modeling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organized
