Related i seeks an on-site Leasing Consultant who will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day leasing functions, the renewal process and marketing/advertising programs for a luxury property in the heart of Hollywood.  1755 Argyle Located in the heart of Hollywood, adjacent to the historic Capitol Records building, 1755 Argyle will be an 18-story, 114-unit, LEED Silver, luxury residential tower offering panoramic views stretching from the Hollywood sign to the Pacific Ocean. Designed by LARGE Architecture with interiors by acclaimed Marmol Radziner & Associates, 1755 Argyle will be steps to the Pantages Theatre, the W Hollywood, restaurants, retail, and transportation options. Building amenities will consist of a 5th floor terrace with an outdoor pool and spa, barbecue area with outdoor dining, dog run, and lounge with an oversized television and catering kitchen. Additional amenities will include an attended lobby, fitness center and library lounge. Completion is expected in 2018.

This position is in need of an expert leasing and marketing professional that can drive the performance of the department to achieve and exceed the property’s budget goals while balancing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with resident communications to ensure the highest satisfaction during renewals. This professional will need to understand market trends, marketing avenues, proficient in understanding floor plans and layouts and be adept in communicating and reporting statistics to management. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a collaborative team.


  • Set leasing and marketing strategy for the property
  • Tour apartments with prospects and adhere to thorough follow-up procedures
  • Lease and pre-lease apartments
  • Responsible to organize and carry out all retention activities
  • Complete applications and lease/renewal documents
  • Review vacancies, walk tour path and maintain model apartments
  • Assist management with resident relations
  • Implement policies and procedures
  • Make and maintain relationships with industry partners and brokers
  • Maintain daily and weekly leasing reports and monthly market surveys
  • Analyze market and occupancy trends and shop the competition to identify changing market conditions
  • Recommend and track marketing avenues, oversee marketing campaigns and monitor traffic results
  • Responsible for updating the website and marketing sites
  • Working weekends is required



  • Two years of leasing management experience, preferably in a luxury lease-up setting.
  • Basic Excel proficiency required
  • Yardi or On-site experience helpful
  • Experience with mixed-income buildings, a major plus!
  • Real Estate License required
