Responsibilities

Related Management is proud to offer an exciting and unique opportunity to a dynamic professional who excels at communicating and interacting with residents while providing top-notch management skills. As a Property Manager to a 380 unit residential community located in Smyrna, GA responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day to day maintenance operations
  • Extensive building and administrative staff supervision
  • Leasing and marketing
  • Resident relations
  • Budget preparation and financial reporting
  • Managing the application and recertification process.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of property management experience
  • Highly motivated service-oriented self-starter
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and have a solid understanding of property operations and budget/financial management
