The Intern will work in the company’s property management division supporting Related’s luxury residential portfolio, under the direction of the Director of Marketing.


  • Quality review and update of Related apartment listings
  • Give overview of Related presence on websites, how accurate the content is, and opportunities for enhanced marketing
  • Manage Internet Listing Service system
  • Organize and participate in conference calls with vendors
  • Assist in new website creation for related rental properties
  • Review new website design and provide feedback on user experience and overall impression
  • Review and compare marketing data for accuracy and consistency
  • Establish a messaging matrix for all properties and confirm that each property is within the correct category
  • Participate in our monthly technology development release.


Our ideal candidate will be a rising senior or first year graduate student with the following skills:

  • BA or BS  (marketing preferred; all majors considered)
  • Minimum 3.2/4.0 GPA
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Keen Attention to Detail
  • High Energy; Possessed with Drive
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Excellent professional demeanor with the ability to work with a wide range of levels of management
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; expertise with excel
  • Hands on experience working in acquisition marketing or new product development.
  • Real estate and service industry knowledge a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
