The Talent Acquisition and Development team is responsible for recruitment of talent, employee development, performance and compensation review and ensuring best practices of human capital throughout the company.
The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition and Development team in all aspects of their projects including; Human Resources coordination, Intern Program operations, applicant tracking software management, research and sourcing calls, facilitating interviews, and the new hire onboarding processes. This position will be based in New York and report to the Head of the group.
