Responsibilities

The HR – Business Partners Intern will directly assist the HR Business Partners with a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding/orientation, employee relations and labor relations.

 

  • Help develop succession planning and hiring strategy
  • Update involuntary termination tracker to track trends
  • Update grievance and arbitration tracker
  • Test manager self-service with HR ops
  • Research labor strike contingency plans

Qualifications

Intern should be a Graduate/Undergraduate student with the following skills:

  • Minimum 3.2/4.0 GPA
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Keen Attention to Detail
  • High Energy; Possessed with Drive
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Excellent professional demeanor with the ability to work with a wide range of levels of management
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; expertise with excel
  • Real estate and service industry knowledge a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
