  • Primary point of contact for all resident renovation questions 
  • Primary point of contact for moving/packing and construction teams
  • Distribute notices on behalf of building management informing residents about construction activity     
  • Inventory and distribute packing materials to residents
  • Distribute meal per diem gift cards to residents
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs in accordance with the renovation schedule provided by the construction team
  • Participate in weekly renovation update meetings
  • Conduct weekly inspections of occupied units to confirm readiness for moving
  • Participate in final walk-through and punch list inspections
  • Collect and process Damage Claim forms
  • Must be available to work on site at Park Bluff on a full-time basis


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, WORD etc.)
  • Attention to detail.
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous project management experience a plus
  • Ability to work well in fast paced environment.

Project Summary: The renovation will include upgrades to common areas, laundry rooms, elevators, unit interiors, management offices, building systems and building exterior.  New common area amenities include a fitness center, business center and community room.  Unit interiors will include new paint, flooring, kitchen cabinets, kitchen appliances, plumbing fixtures, window blinds and light fixtures. 


Project Schedule:  Construction is anticipated to begin on 9/11/17.  The project is expected to last approximately 10 months.
